Bruce Pill is the former Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Information
Systems Management
Internal Revenue Service. He served a twenty year career with
the Internal Revenue Service including ten
years at the Senior Executive Service (SES) level. After
leaving the Internal Revenue Service, Bruce founded
Vinculum Solutions, Inc. Over the past eight years
Vinculum Solutions, Inc. has successfully grown to current annual
revenues exceeding $6 million. Bruce's qualifications include:
