Financial Links to Program Success

Course Introduction

Many current program managers do not realize that they are also financial managers. Many current financial managers do not understand the types of information and support needed by other program managers to assist them in most effectively and efficiently delivering their programs to the American people. This course is meant to assist both groups in accomplishing their objective of delivering the most value at the least cost to the beneficiaries of their programs.
